How it all started?
In 2005, Michael began his career as a Maryland mortgage loan officer based in the Ocean City, MD areas. Now, through his experience, is a successful full-time real estate agent in Ocean City, MD.
After the collapse of the U.S. housing market
Shortly after the collapse of the housing market in 2010, Michael began a career in the loss mitigation and loan servicing industry.
Later, Michael was contracted as a private consultant for a Baltimore, MD law firm to help develop and implement mortgage default options.
Creating mortgage relief for homeowners facing foreclosure
In 2011, Michael founded Delmarva Home Relief, a Maryland mortgage assistance relief service company.
His company is responsible for successfully negotiating over 600 mortgage assistance and foreclosure workout options such as real estate short sales, loan modifications, deed-in-lieu of foreclosures, Maryland foreclosure mediation, and other services to help homeowners facing financial hardships.

Using his experience in the mortgage and mortgage default industry, Michael guides you through the real estate journey. With creative and business minded thinking, Michael helps you make informed decisions when buying or selling real estate.
Community Involvement
Michael has been an approved Maryland Real Estate Commission continuing education instructor, served on the Mid Shore Board of Realtors® Government Affairs Committee as an affiliate member, and was appointed by the Talbot County, Maryland Council to their Talbot County, MD Affordable Workforce Housing Commission.
Michael is an active member of the Coastal Association of Realtors®, Maryland Association of Realtors®, and National Association of Realtors®.
